Warranty And Service
You receive ProAxis Innovation or GOBA CNC machines with a warranty, and the duration of the warranty depends on the type of machine.
Upon receipt of your machine, it is necessary to check whether the shipment is complete and whether there are any obvious defects or damages due to improper transport.The warranty covers anything that would prevent the machine from working properly, not issues arising from misuse.

- We will speak with you to identify the problem. If it's a problem that can easily be resolved, we will provide you with guidance on how to solve it yourself.
- If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, the machine should be brought to our workshop for diagnosis and resolution. If the machine is of large format and its transport is complicated, our engineers will come to you.
We will always sincerely strive to identify the origin of the defect and communicate with you before proceeding further with any work that would represent an additional cost for you. Our goal is for this warranty to ensure long-term use of your machine.
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damages - scratches.
- Damages due to improper installation, inadequate installation, careless and inappropriate use, or maintenance by the user.
- Modification of the product.

My machine doesn't want to start working at all
